MAX B FREE FROM BYRD GANG RECORDS

Max B Free From Byrd Gang Records
“I’m as free as a bird,” the rapper told XXLmag.com exclusively. “Now it gives me the ability to ride without no remorse, no sympathy, no pity. I’m riding on everything. I’m riding. I’ma ride on my rivalry for the season. It’s gonna be so wavy. So big, so heavy, so controversial. It’s gonna be like none other.
“I’m gonna speak about everything, Jim Jones,” Max continued. “I got more deep, down, dark secrets.”
Looks Like The Tsunami About To Come..
“I’m not even part of the U.S. Government laws,” Max B. said. “I’m not a citizen of the United States, I’m dead ass. My laws, the laws you go by, I don’t have to follow. As long as I don’t purposely hurt nobody, I’m straight.”
The rapper said he’s ready to start a bidding war between record labels for his services. For his next album, he hopes to collaborate with the likes of Timbaland, Justin Timberlake, and Nelly Furtado.
“I’m gonna be 10 times better than [Jim Jones] ever was,” Max said.

JIM JONES SPEAKS ON MAX B T.I NAS CAMRON

Jim Jones had his share of quarrels, and beefs. The Dipset Capo isn't afraid to voice out his opinions either. Last week, he aired out T.I for apparently having "no swag". This week Jones reiterates and explains how his words were misconstrued.
On recent T.I. comments: "People took it the wrong way," began Jones. "I wasn’t really deliberately doing nothing to knock T.I. I was just saying what I felt regarding swagger and who sets the precedent for it. I know for sure that people have said, 'Yo, you looking like Jim Jones. I’m trying to get that 'Jim Jones' look. But I haven’t heard people saying, 'You’re looking like T.I.,' or whoever. Where I’m from, niggas don’t run to go look like no Kanye. I don’t hear nigga in the hood like, 'I need to get that jacket Jay had on.'"
As for Nas, Jones shows no signs of biting his tongue.
"F*** Nas. I don’t give a f*** about Nas," Jones replied when asked if he had regrets about his beef with the rapper. "He’s a rapper that just lost his pizazz. When I was in high school, he was the sh**. ...
"I was never cool with him. I seen Nas a few months ago in L.A. with Dame," Jones continued. "Dame seen him and was talking to him. I was laying back on a couch laughing. He didn’t know what to do. I was looking dead at him. [Laughs.] And then Dame was like, 'You know Jim?' He started [stammering], 'Ah? Ah?' Dame is just burnt out. He not thinking about none of that frivolous [beef] sh*t. Me neither, for the most part. Nas was never on my level ever. Ever."
What about Max B?
"I own him. From the crown of his head to the soles of his feet," said the rapper. "So, you tell me when his album's gonna come out? He sold his publishing to me for like 100 stacks, for whatever the bail was when he was crying to me to get out of jail."
As for his fall out with Cam'ron.
"I came[into Dipset] understanding two n****s coming up from nothing to have a bond and above all was supposed to be loyal to each other and everybody could get their equal share. That wasn't the case," he explained. "We definitely moved like brothers. We used each other, but it was his artistry and him being Cam was the reason why we got here, and a lot of my hard work standing behind him or standing in front of him."
Chances of working together again with Cam, he's not to sure.

T.I PAPER TRAIL DEBUT AT NUM 1

The King is rightfully back on his throne according to Soundscan. T.I.'s Paper Trail wheeled in close to 570,000 copies it's first week, landing him the number one spot.
Game, and Jeezy remain in the top 20, as each are nearing their way towards gold. Wayne also remains strong with the Tha Carter III by 34,000 this week.
What came as a surprise to many, was the presence of LA Rapper Murs. His album "Murs For President" cracked the top 50, entering at #43, selling close to 13,000 records.
Things appear glommy for Mr. "G.O.A.T." LL Cool J as he appears to be slipping on the charts. After a releasing his album just a month ago, LL's Exit 13 has only been able to pull in 75,000 records.
Will T.I. continue his reign on top for another week

RICK ROSS COMES CLEAN

Rick Ross Admits To Being A Correctional Officer
Before Rick Ross vehemently denied any accusations as to him being a Correctional Officer. Now it appears after all of the negative feedback from the Hip-Hop community "The Boss" has decided to let everyone in on his past.
In the latest issue of Don Diva Magazine, Ross goes all in.
Yes, it's me," Ross tells Don Diva. "I never tried to hide my past. I put my name inside my CDs. My company has my [Social Security number]. I could've put a company name...I done been up and I done been down and that's what makes me what I am. I never ratted on a nigga. I never prosecuted a nigga. I never locked up a nigga, that's first and foremost. I always felt that me being the nigga that I am, I never owed a nigga an explanation. When I'm making my music and I'm talking about blow, it's because I did it. When I say that I'm rich off cocaine, it's because I did it. Those are the street principals that apply."

Underground artist Z-Ro made himself apparent on the radar this week by releasing Crack. The Rap-A-Lot artist was able to crack the top 50 by selling over 10,000 is debut week.
